Shipping Policy

UPS Standard shipping is included at no extra cost with all orders*.

USPS Overnight shipping is available for $20.00*. Orders placed by 3:00 pm EST on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day, with delivery the next business day.

Please allow 2-3 processing days before your order is shipped. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

All other orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Ground, with an expected delivery time of 3-7 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

At AŪRÁ, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We happily accept exchanges within 10 business days of receipt. To qualify, items must be unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note, we only offer exchanges; returns are not accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except for defective or incorrect items. Contact our customer service team promptly for assistance with exchanges.
